Welcome to our Meditation Resources section. On these pages we offer videos, articles and teachings to assist and enhance our meditation practice, and help us recognize the ordinary magic of every-day life. 

We are delighted to start this section with a wonderful article on the compassion practice of tonglen by Acharya Judith Simmer-Brown, and two videos on meditation. The first is a guided introduction to sitting meditation by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, head of the Shambhala Buddhist lineage. The second is a practice session of tonglen with renowned Buddhist teacher Pema Chodron.
