The gomden was originally designed by Chögyam Trungpa, Rinpoche for his Western students. It gives excellent support and comfort over even the longest sessions. Alone, or with its matching traditional, cushy zabuton mat, this is one accessory no meditator should be without.

Zabuton: 100% cotton twill shell, hand-stuffed and tufted with cotton batting. 27" by 33" with a 4.5" loft.
