We normally ship orders out within 1 business day. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Please choose one of our expedited options if you need to receive your order sooner.
We ship via Fedex and USPS. We insure all orders over $100.00; if you request a larger order to be shipped via the US Postal System, there may be an additional charge. We do not ship heavy/oversized items to PO Boxes; please be sure to give us a street address for large items.
SALES TAX
A 4.3% sales tax applies only to Colorado residents.
BACKORDERS
It is unusual for us to be out of stock on an item. If we are, we will let you know right away that an item is backordered. We will ship the backordered item to you as soon as it is back in stock. If your order contains more than one item, we will ship the in-stock items first, and send the backorder to you later at no additional shipping charge. We may also offer you alternatives to a backordered item, if appropriate.
RETURNS
Ziji unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the item amount, provided the item is returned to us in excellent condition. Please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for your return. Pack it carefully in its original packaging and send to:

If any items in your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement and arrange to have the damaged item picked up. If there is a mistake in your order, please let us know right away; we will work with you to remedy the situation quickly.
Privacy & Online information Gathering
Ziji recognizes that it is essential to protect the privacy of our Internet visitors. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the email address. If you have subscribed to our opt-in email newsletter, we will save your email address, and use it solely for this purpose (our newsletters are sent 1-2 times per month) and for no other mailings. Changing Your Information
If at any time you want to change or review the information you have provided, simply log on to "My Account". Once you have signed in, you will be able to change any information stored in your account by clicking on the appropriate category. Be sure to click "Update" when you complete your changes. Children's Privacy
Ziji takes children's privacy very seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information on any person under 13. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, Ziji requests that a parent or guardian call us at 1-800-565-8470 or contact us by email at store@ziji.com and we will delete the information about the child from our files.
