James Asher’s most recent release is a return to his roots of world-flavored, rhythmic New Age music. A departure from the quick-tempo drumming CDs James Asher has become famous for, mysterious flutes and melodic keyboards mark Lotus Path. The sound is ambient, light, and uplifting. Features a combination of the eight-stringed bazouki with the thirty-six stringed dulcimer combined with natural sounds and the occasional light vocal.  An extended meditation, the first track on this CD is just over 30 minutes long.
