The gomden was originally designed by Chögyam Trungpa, Rinpoche for his Western students. It gives excellent support and comfort over even the longest sessions. Alone, or with its matching cushy zabuton mat, this is one accessory no meditator should be without.

Note: When choosing the colors red or red/yellow please be aware that the zabuton is red and the gomden is red/yellow.
