In order to ensure that you receive your holiday purchases by Dec. 24, please take note of the following deadlines:

Ground Home Delivery - place your order by noon on Tues. 12/17
Fedex Express Saver (3-day) - place your order by noon on Thurs. 12/19
Fedex Two-Day - place your order by noon on Fri. 12/20
Fedex Standard Overnight - place your order by noon on Mon. 12/23 

First Class Mail - place your order by noon on Thurs. 12/19
Priority Mail - place your order by noon on Fri. 12/20
Express Mail - place your order by noon on Mon. 12/23

Please call in your order, or place your order online using the Local Pickup option and call us at 303-661-0034 by noon on Mon. 12/23 to arrange a pickup time. (Our warehouse is at 3200 Valmont, Ste. 14 in Boulder, CO.)

NOTE: The pickup option is based on zip code. If this option does not appear when you checkout, but you would like to pick up your order, please give us a call at 303-661-0034.

We normally ship orders out within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-7 days for standard ground delivery. Please choose one of our expedited options if you need to receive your order quickly.

We ship via Fedex and USPS (US Postal Service). For fragile items or large orders, we recommend Fedex. We insure all orders over $100.00; if you request a larger order to be shipped via the US Postal Service, there may be an additional charge. We do not ship heavy/oversized items to PO Boxes; please be sure to give us a street address for large items.

For large/heavy items being shipped internationally, there may be an additional charge. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping your order.

A 4.9% sales tax applies only to Colorado residents.

It is unusual for us to be out of stock on an item. If we are, we will let you know right away that an item is backordered. We will ship the backordered item to you as soon as it is back in stock. If your order contains more than one item, we will ship the in-stock items first, and send the backorder to you as soon as possible at no additional shipping charge. We may also offer you alternatives to a backordered item, if appropriate.

Ziji unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the item amount, provided the item is returned to us in excellent condition. For the return of wearables only, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for your return. Pack it carefully in its original packaging and send to:

If any items in your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement and arrange to have the damaged item picked up. If there is a mistake in your order, please let us know right away; we will work with you to remedy the situation quickly.
