We normally ship orders out within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-7 days for standard ground delivery. Please choose one of our expedited options if you need to receive your order quickly.
We ship via Fedex and USPS (US Postal Service). For fragile items or large orders, we recommend Fedex. We insure all orders over $100.00; if you request a larger order to be shipped via the US Postal Service, there may be an additional charge. We do not ship heavy/oversized items to PO Boxes; please be sure to give us a street address for large items.
For large/heavy items being shipped internationally, there may be an additional charge. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping your order.
A 4.9% sales tax applies only to Colorado residents.
It is unusual for us to be out of stock on an item. If we are, we will let you know right away that an item is backordered. We will ship the backordered item to you as soon as it is back in stock. If your order contains more than one item, we will ship the in-stock items first, and send the backorder to you as soon as possible at no additional shipping charge. We may also offer you alternatives to a backordered item, if appropriate.
Ziji unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the item amount, provided the item is returned to us in excellent condition. Please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for your return. Pack it carefully in its original packaging and send to:

If any items in your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement and arrange to have the damaged item picked up. If there is a mistake in your order, please let us know right away; we will work with you to remedy the situation quickly.
