We are delighted to start this section with a wonderful article on the compassion practice of tonglen by Acharya Judith Simmer-Brown, and two videos on meditation. The first is a guided introduction to sitting meditation by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, head of the Shambhala Buddhist lineage.
